Welcome to This Healing Life

The following introductory video looks at how we experience life on three fundamental and successively deeper levels of meaning, and how meditation works on these same levels. When we understand these levels we understand life better, and we see how meditation is the ultimate way to access the healing power nested on these three levels. We learn to join the health in our mind and body to our life to bring this healing power out to benefit even our most difficult problems. And we see how the bright, warm energy always deep in our heart ultimately powers healing on levels, and lights our path to a healing life.
